What we handle
Four reasons cover almost every message we get. Say which is yours in the subject line and the answer comes faster.
Correct a figure
A price, a rule, a payout delay or a compatibility that no longer matches what the firm publishes. Send the link to our page and to the official source. The correction then appears in the public changelog, dated, with the old and the new value.
Send a payout proof
We publish the payout proofs we can verify. A screenshot must show the firm, the amount, the date and the payment method, and we cross-check against the account date. Personal data is masked before publication, and nothing is published without your explicit agreement.
Propose a partnership
Affiliate programs are welcome, on one condition: none comes with an editorial commitment. We sell no place in a ranking, no article and no removal of a documented weakness. The rules are on the affiliate policy page, and they are not negotiable.
Press and reuse
Our comparison data is licensed CC BY 4.0 and downloadable as JSON and CSV. For a comment, a quote or a specific sector figure, write to us: we answer with the source and the date it was read.
Response time
The site is run by a small editorial team, with no customer service desk. Expect a few working days, longer if the request means re-checking a source. An urgent correction, for instance a wrong price live on the site, is handled first: say so in the subject line.
