How the log is filled
We check each firm's and each platform's official pages on a schedule, reduce them to their readable text, and compare that text with the previous check. Counters, countdowns and session tokens are stripped first, so a page that merely reloaded does not raise an alert. When a sentence that states a rule changes, the line quotes it before and after, word for word. When we can see that the page changed but cannot attribute it to a single sentence, we say that and nothing more. Nothing here is written by hand, and nothing is reworded.
